Upon our first ideas of placing our home for sale, we contacted another broker locally. She came to our home at the appointed time with a prepared cost/property analysis prepared with a figure she came up with aligned with the Current Market Values in our area. She did this without even stepping foot in our home, touring it or sitting with us to discuss the sale. On top of that, she was $25,000 under the price your team proposed. A couple months went by, talked to our son, whom used your team to purchase his home and he referred us to Derik. Our worries were over, as Derik took charge! His comfortable, laid back approach to our wants and worries made us very comfortable. His outstanding pictures taken to produce the flyer that sold our home were superb! Within two weeks of placing your sign in the yard, our house was sold and within a price range we could deal with. Cannot ask for anything better out of the Keith & Pybas team! The Keith & Pybas Great Real Estate Team did an outstanding job listing, marketing and selling our house. This is the second house we have bought and sold, so we have dealt with quite a few realtors before. Derik made the process easier than it’s ever been. Not only was he and the team always upbeat, friendly, and professional, but they were also very aggressive in selling our home. With the market the way it is now, we went into it, not sure if it would sell at all. We had listed it a year earlier with a different realtor, but nothing happened. I could always get a hold of him by phone on the first try. He was always available when we needed to contact him. He would refill the flyer box on our sign before I could even call and tell him it was empty. And his help did not stop once our house was sold; we had already moved someplace far away, so he was willing to handle the closing without us, as well as remove any items from the house that we’d left behind. From start to finish, the entire process was very easy. His team is the only company we will recommend to friends and family. The next time we are in the market for a house, we are definitely calling Derik.

We started our home for sale by owner for several months. We had steady showings, but no way to pre-qualify the potentials. I was 53 and a first-time home buyer – new to Oklahoma. I started looking at houses on the Internet and I was looking at low end – about $40,000 tops. Though I signed up at several different realtor web sites, Chris was the only one to make personal contact. Soon after we started looking, my husband died and I spent several days in Alaska and came back in grief, and stressed with having just started a new job, and having difficulties with my niece with whom I was living until I bought a house. Chris was there for me all through this crazy time and even offered to keep my dog (one of the issues with my niece) at her house until I found a place! Chris went above and beyond, as I waffled about what I wanted. I would send her long lists of MLS numbers of houses I saw on the Internet, and she would screen them for me, somehow knowing what I wanted and what I would not want.

One time, she had picked up her daughter’s boyfriend at the airport and told him he would have to go with her to look at houses with me – Chris is committed! She treated me like I was looking for a mansion on Nichols Hills instead of a little 2 bedroom house! She connected me with a lender who was very kind, thoughtful, committed, thorough, and also went above and beyond. He met me near my office at a Subway one evening to go over papers so I wouldn’t have to drive to his office or take time off from work! I felt pampered by them both! After the closing, I asked Chris for a bunch of her business cards, because my friends deserve the best, too.
